Do I need to have any experience? +
Nope! Most of our new fencers walk in the door with no experience whatsoever. Many of them have never even seen a fencing match! We'll teach you everything you need to know about fencing.
Do I need to buy my own equipment? +
No. We provide loaner equipment for all beginners so you can get started right away.
How old do I have to be to fence? +
We welcome fencers from age 8 through adult, at every skill level.
What is taught in the Beginner Class? +
Footwork, blade work, safety, and the rules of the game — everything you need to start bouting.
